The terms, in plain words.

About these terms

These terms apply when you use this website or order from it. The site is run by Dugout Sports Hub, IGBT Bus Stand Rd, Kacherippadi, Manjeri, Kerala 676121. By using it you agree to them, along with our Shipping, Returns & refunds and Privacy policies.

Using the site

Please do not:

• use the site for anything unlawful, or to place orders you do not intend to honour,
• try to interfere with how it works, overload it, or get round anything that limits access to it,
• copy or scrape its content in bulk, or
• pretend to be someone else when you order, review or message us.

If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to order for you.

Our products

We photograph and describe every piece as accurately as we can. Colours can look different from screen to screen, and small differences in finish can occur from one piece to the next. Measurements are approximate.

Prices

Prices are in Indian rupees and are shown in your order summary before you place the order, including any delivery charge.

Orders under ₹599 (after any promo discount) carry a delivery and handling charge of ₹49. It is added in your order summary, so you see it before you place the order. Delivery is free on orders of ₹599 and above.

Every order is checked against our current price list when it reaches us. If a price on the site was wrong, we will tell you before confirming the order, and you can go ahead at the correct price or cancel at no cost.

Placing an order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm it with you by phone, WhatsApp or email.

We may decline or cancel an order before confirming it - for example if an item has sold out, if there was a pricing error, if we cannot deliver to the address, or if the order looks fraudulent. If you have paid anything for an order we do not fulfil, we refund it in full.

Payment

You can pay online - UPI, cards, net banking or wallets, through our payment partner Razorpay - or by Cash on Delivery, whichever are offered at checkout. There is no extra charge for Cash on Delivery: the only fee on an order is delivery & handling, shown in your order summary before you place it.

Online payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, bank or UPI details. An online order is confirmed once the payment is received. Cash on Delivery orders are confirmed with you by phone or WhatsApp before we pack them.

We will never ask for your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or a one-time password, by any channel. If anyone claiming to be us does, do not share it, and please let us know.

Promo codes

One code per order. Codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged or combined, and may have an end date or other conditions shown where they are offered. We can refuse a code that has been used in a way it was not meant to be.

Delivery, returns and refunds

These are covered in full in our Shipping and Returns & refunds policies, which form part of these terms.

Reviews

Reviews must be honest, about the product, and your own. They are shown publicly on the product page with the name you choose.
