Returns, without the runaround.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel any time before your order is dispatched, at no cost. Cancel it yourself from the confirmation page or Track order, or message us on WhatsApp or through the contact page with your order ID. Anything you have already paid online is refunded in full to the way you paid, usually within 5-7 working days.

Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled, but you can return it when it arrives.

Returning something

You can ask to return an item within 7 days of delivery, for any reason, as long as it is:

• unused and unwashed,
• with all its tags still attached, and
• in its original packaging.

A few things cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty: personalised or made-to-order pieces, and anything marked final sale on its product page.

How to send it back

1. Contact us with your order ID and what you would like to return.
2. We reply with the return address and anything else we need.
3. Pack it securely and send it with a tracked service. Keep the receipt until your refund arrives.

Return postage is yours to pay, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or was not what you ordered - then it is ours.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

We check every piece before it ships, but if something is not right, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and the packaging. An unboxing video helps us settle it fastest.

We will send a replacement, or refund you in full including every postage cost - whichever you prefer.

Your refund

Once your return reaches us and we have checked it, we will confirm by email and send your refund within 7 working days.

If you return part of an order that had free delivery and what you keep comes to less than ₹599, the ₹49 delivery charge is taken off your refund - free delivery applies to orders of ₹599 and above.

It goes back the way you paid. If you paid in a way that cannot be refunded directly, we will refund to a bank account or UPI ID in your name.

You are refunded what you actually paid: if you used a promo code, the refund is the discounted price. Original delivery charges, where there were any, are refunded only when the return is because of our mistake.

Exchanges

Want a different colour or size? The quickest way is to return the original and place a new order, so the one you want is reserved for you straight away. If you would rather swap, message us and we will do it if it is in stock.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy takes away any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law. If you are not happy with how we have handled a return, you can escalate it to our Grievance Officer:
